and I'm glad to report I was proven wrong
I was a bit worried I was making too much of a compromise... and I'm glad to report I was proven wrong. Well packed, promptly shipped and worked out very well. I purchased a second unit and repeat I am pleased. I installed at two large homes, with double 8 ohm speakers at each channel (4 ohm load)... and no issues. The intent was nice background music, even party music, but at a volume one could still speak OK with others. They worked out perfect. Just tweak the volume setting at the MAX you would ever want the volume to be (with source of music at max as well), and any lower volume is what you will normally listen to. In both homes I found that normal in-wall volume controls did not fit my gang boxes, so I simply installed instead a switch that allows the music to be clicked on or off, the volume is pre-adjusted as I had explained, even remotely as an airport express handles the music and at my hand I control with the phone the selection and volume.

Great little unit. So far I have just used the BlueTooth input. The bluetooth links immediately. The settings hold (input selection & Volume) between uses so there is no fiddling around each time you want to use it. The IR remote works great and has good range. I have tried it out to around 20 ft.

Perfect way to Power Sonos System
This product was absolutely what I needed. I recently remodeled a home and placed speakers throughout the house and in the backyard. I have 12 speakers (6 zones) and had been searching for a solution to not power each zone through a separate amplifier or the need to buy expensive control system as I had a Sonos system that I had been building for a few years. I currently have three Sonos connects connected to the system. One is connected to BUS1, one is connected to BUS2 and the other is connected to zone 5. I have zones 1 and 2 set to BUS1 and zones 3 and 4 set to BUS2 as these areas will always want to be playing the same thing. Zone 5 has a separate Sonos connect. I love the auto on/off. A note that sometimes I have to adjust the volume up/down in order to trigger the on. I am no expert, but I assume it is because the amp needs to detect the signal. Not an issue at all. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good way to power several zones in their home.

Buy with confidence
Having been in the audio industry for nearly 30 years I was a bit skeptical of this brand as I hadn't heard of them before but the price was right and I figured I'd give them a shot. I'm using the amp to drive a pair of OSD Audio planter speakers on my deck and have a Google Chromecast audio as my source. Set up was simple and the sound is great. Plenty of power for light to medium volume which is what I wanted and would expect from an amplifier of this size. 5 star rated for now as I've only used it for a few days. If that changes I'll update the review.

Great amp!
I have this hooked up to my computer. So impressed by this amp. Build quality is excellent. Bluetooth works perfectly. Sound is just great. Also a big shout out for OSD customer service. I had a concern about how the unit was working. I emailed support and received a detailed response (with pictures) the same day that confirmed all was well. Thank you Tim! The issue was that the amp goes into sleep mode after 15 minutes without receiving an input signal. That's a feature I didn't know about and was concerned that something was wrong. But it's all good.

Replaced my blown up Russound 75W amp with this one.
I bought a Russound amp, which was much more expensive in March. It literally shorted out and smoked 2 months later. I thought a brand like Russound would honor their warranty, but they refused to. Amazon gave me a refund and I used it to buy this amp. It has worked flawlessly, sounds great and has better features, such as auto-sensing 2 sources. And best of all it still works and there's no smoke coming out like the Russound amp.

Outstanding Value for a 12 channel Amp
I needed a 12 channel amplifier for a rather esoteric reason (a virtual pipe organ). This amp fits the bill. I did a lot of research and this amp not only did what I needed but it also was a great value. I dare you to find 12 medium power class AB amps for anywhere near this price. I've been using it a lot for several months and it has worked flawlessly so far. This unit has no fan so it makes no noise. This was extremely important to me. Its class AB amps provide clean low distortion sound.

Works with Sonos Connect
I wanted to turn some new outdoor speakers on my deck into another Sonos zone. Rather than buying a Sonos Connect AMP, I used a connect and this amplifier. This amp is rack mountable, and went right into my data racks in the basement and connected directly to a Sonos connect. I leave the volume dial at 75%, and then control the speaker volume via the Sonos app. Works perfectly, and was cheaper (and more powerful) than getting the Connect AMP. The other great feature is that if a signal is not connected, this amp "sleeps", and then "wakes" when I start sending music. Great for unattended operation!

A poor man's Sonos Amp
I set up four if these in my house to power 4 sets of in cieling speakers and connected Chromecast audio to their RCA inputs. Their auto on feature is great, as once you start casting audio to them, they auto turn on after a second. Then they turn off automatically when done. Really nice solution at a fraction the cost of Sonos.

Great sound with features and flexibility
This amplifier drives 2 yamaha NS-125F speakers with ease. The amp is set with Treble and Bass at neutral position in the back panel. It has great sound stage with clarity and tight bass and crisp treble. I can hear many details that I did not hear before. I plan to buy another soon to try out the bridge option.
