Very easy to put together. I have only taken a sewing class in high school almost 10 years ago and haven’t done any sewing since then. I had no problem putting this together. Very simple instructions to follow. Came out so cute! Will try to remember to post a photo when I bring it up from the basement.

I made this stocking for my new grandson. It was my first attempt at a felt stocking. It was very easy and I felt it turned out so cute even with the couple of mistakes I made. I would recommend this as a beginner stocking.

Just started working on the stocking. I've made over twelve Bucilla stockings over the years and this one is just as well designed and attractive as the others. Directions are clear and easy to follow. If you're a beginner, I feel certain you'd have great success with this one---especially since there are a minimum number of pieces. I've made some stockings with over 120 pieces, so 39 is a "piece of cake." I've found that using a plastic pill dispenser to seperate the beads and sequins by color is a trick I learned to keep these pieces intact and easy to use.

I’ve made several of these . I chose this one as a quicker one to do as it only has approx 39 pieces versus 100+. Was worried it would look like it but it came out beautiful . I did stuff the beard parts instead of leaving them loose which I think added richness .

I love this stocking it’s for my granddaughter. I feel like I can complete it

These kits are great if you like needle craft. Easy to follow directions. Everything you need. It helps to have a good pair of scissors. I used a floss box to hold all of the thread, sequins, and beads.

This is my 10th Bucilla stocking kit. This is a simple design good for a beginner or if you're short on time. The instructions are quite easy. Read the instructions all the way through before starting. Don't let the embroidery instructions scare you. There are a lot of videos on YouTube that help. Be organized. One of the pictures I'm providing shows a coffee cup tree, which I also bought from Amazon, to hang my scissors on. I added the idea of putting the tree on a Lazy Susan, this way smaller items will be handy. The lazy Susan also bought from Amazon. I love this idea. To save time I now do all the same color of sequence at one time. When working with sequins and beads it's good to buy a felt square to place them on. Helps to keep them in place and stick the needles on. I also add my own touch. An example: the first stocking I put together had Santa holding a blonde haired dolly, but because my granddaughter is a brunette I bought brown yarn and gave the dolly long braids. Also for the name, I find a "free" font on the internet and put a paper over the letters on my laptop screen and trace. Advanced: In the third picture you'll see that I cut all the pieces. I then place them the way they are in the instructions. I then do the application of neighboring pieces. Enjoy!!!

Turned out beautiful! :)

It was easy to do. So pretty.

This stocking came together super quickly. I've made more than a dozen Bucilla stockings/wall hangings, and have only had issues with one where an image was printed backwards. I've never run out of sequins, beads or floss, and they come together easily for the most part. I made this one for a male adult. I'm posting a picture of a trio I just finished for friends of our family.
